The Fountain of Youth is exercise, and I don't mean endless hours of cardio trying to burn off calories. I mean weight training that will transform your body and your mind. I hear women say they can't afford a trainer but then they turn around and spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on face products, diet schemes, Botox and fillers. I'm here to tell you, STEPHANIE IS BETTER THAN BOTOX at making you look and feel younger! If I had to choose between spending my money on botox, which only lasts a few months and spending my money on a good trainer who is going to make lasting changes in my lifestyle, I choose my trainer! I spent years, most of my mid 20's and early 30's, chasing skinny, ignoring my health, googling anything and everything that I could eat, take or buy that would "speed up" my metabolism.

Most things women do to lose weight are NOT healthy.
In fact, most things women do for weight loss make their health much worse in the long term.
Take it from someone that has lived ALL OR NOTHING and went through extremes to get the body she wanted, only to still never be happy, UNTIL she started living her life with the purpose of health and a strong body in mind.

Food is here to nourish us and for survival.
It was literally put on this earth for our daily vitamins, minerals, macronutrients and micronutrients.
You don't need to fear it, rather you need to appreciate it and use it for its purpose of nourishment.
Movement and exercise shouldn't be used as punishment.
It should be used out of respect for your body. Appreciate your body and love your body enough to want to keep it strong and healthy through weight training and whole foods so that you can stay strong and healthy for the rest of your life.

I'm 39.5 years old and I'm the strongest and healthiest I've ever been.
